How we handle sculpture project enquiries and information generated when you use this website.

This notice covers project enquiries sent through the Home and Request a Quote forms, as well as the essential technical processing used to receive them. The forms are for responding to a project request, not for subscribing you to marketing.
We ask for your name, email address, project type or material, project brief and an acknowledgement of this notice. You may also provide your organisation, project location, approximate size, finish, schedule, budget and a reference link. This form does not upload files. You may send drawings or ZIP files separately to sales@chaohongsculpture.com. Please only share information and materials you are authorised to provide, and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We use these details to review your request, contact you, discuss possible sculpture work and keep a record of that enquiry. We do not use this form to add you to a marketing mailing list.
The website runs on WordPress with Elementor and is hosted through Hostinger. Fluent Forms records submitted enquiries in the website database so authorised staff can review them in the administration area. The record includes your submitted fields and may include submission time, source page, IP address and browser/device information, depending on the plugin settings.
Enquiry notifications are addressed to sales@chaohongsculpture.com and sent using Hostinger Email through FluentSMTP. Your email address is set as the Reply-To address so we can answer you. FluentSMTP also records a mail log that can include the message body; its current automatic log-deletion setting is 14 days. Files sent separately by email are stored with that correspondence, not uploaded by this form to the public WordPress media library. A reference link is stored as text; submitting it does not make the website download the linked files. Standard hosting, security and mail-service records may be generated separately.
We retain each enquiry record, its email correspondence and any supplied files for one year from the date it is received, then delete it from the systems we control, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. This applies to Fluent Forms entries, the sales mailbox and copies exported or downloaded for handling that enquiry. If you continue the conversation, each new message is assessed from its own receipt date. Access to backups is restricted; if a backup is restored, previously completed deletions must be reapplied. The shorter technical lifetimes described in this notice do not extend this one-year period.
Fluent Forms handles submission validation, required fields and a hidden anti-bot field. A successful on-page acknowledgement means that the enquiry was saved; it is not proof that an email reached an inbox, a quotation or an order confirmation. The previous custom enquiry-confirmation cookie is no longer issued by the migrated form.
Access to website entries and mailbox records is limited to authorised users. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed risk-free. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information, passwords or restricted-access credentials in a reference link or project brief.
WordPress, WooCommerce and the Complianz consent tool may use functional cookies for site operation and visitor choices. See the Cookie Policy for the current scan information and its limitations. Other website features and optional services may involve additional processing as described there.
YOUR CHOICES
You decide whether to send a project enquiry and whether to attach a file. If you do not provide the required contact and project details, we cannot respond through the form. We use the details you submit to handle your request and the technical data needed to receive it and prevent abuse.
For access, correction, deletion or other questions about your enquiry information, contact Beijing Chaohong Sculpture Art Design Co., Ltd. at sales@chaohongsculpture.com. You may also withdraw your enquiry-processing acknowledgement by contacting us. We will assess requests under applicable law; withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.
The website and email service are supplied by Hostinger, and service providers may process technical or enquiry data on our behalf as needed to run the website and deliver messages. If you need details about a particular enquiry, service provider or processing location, ask us at the address above. We will update this notice when our practices or services change.
